New England Style Lobster Roll- One third pound of superb Maine lobster salad served on a buttered long roll. Served with fries & coleslaw. 14.99

Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin- Savoury tenderloin rolled in our herb blend, roasted and served with a distinctive maple mustard sauce. 15.49

Chicken Athens- Pan seared airline chicken breast topped with feta cheese, artichokes, kalamata olives & roasted red peppers. 17.49

Pecan Encrusted Chicken- Pan fried boneless pecan encrusted chicken breast topped with fresh carmelized apples, brie cheese & maple cream. 17.49

Char-Grilled Half rack of lamb- Herb rubbed half rack char-grilled to your liking & finished with Maltaise orange demi-glace. 16.49

 

Beef

Petite Filet Mignon- 5 oz. filet wrapped in bacon, seasoned & grilled, topped with bearnaise. 15.99

Make your Petite Filet 'Oscar'- Same as above but with Alaskan King crabmeat, asparagus spears & hollandaise. Add $5

Prime Rib Shepards Pie- An elegant version of the favorite-slow braised prime ribsimmered in our demi-glace poured over corn, peas & pearl onions in a
casserole dish. Topped with mashed potatoes and baked until golden brown. 15.49

Tenderloin Steak Tips Marsala- Pan seared tenderloin tips sauteed with wild mushroom medley & finished with a Marsala demi-glace. 16.49

Seafood
