Historic Property
Please note that this is a historic property and as such is not handicap accessible. All rooms require at least 1 stair to enter and most rooms require more than 1 flight of stairs . We do not have any elevators on the property.
Check In
Our front desk is open daily from 10:00 am until 10:00 pm. Check in is available daily after 3:00 pm. If you arrive in town earlier, we are happy to complete your paperwork and get you started with a map so that you can begin exploring our beautiful city. We can hold your bags for you until your room is ready.
Check Out
Check out is by 11:00 am. If you need to leave prior to 10:00 am, you are welcome to leave your keys on your bedside table.
Parking
Parking will be $15 per day, per vehicle (limit 1 vehicle per room) payable at check-in. Meters are monitored by the city from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Saturday.
Pets
We are NOT a pet friendly hotel. We DO NOT allow Emotional Support Animals. A $150 fee will be assessed for any violations and you will be required to vacate the premises.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the property. A $150 cleaning fee will be assessed for any violations. There are designated smoking areas outside for your convenience.
Cancellation
We respectfully request a 72 hour notification for cancellations. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we ask for 72 hours notice for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice will result in forfeiture of any deposits already paid. Failure to cancel your reservation prior to, or on your expected arrival date, will result in the remaining balance of your stay being charged to the credit card on file.
