Room 107: January 6, 2022

Upon getting here, we met Grumpy. We sure enjoyed his help, his history of the place, and the way he was always around to help when we were coming and going.  We loved the Inn and its history.  The fist night after we were both asleep, a floor board creaked loudly right at the end of the bed.  I sat straight up in the bed.  I went back to sleep and my glasses were fine on the night stand and I woke up at 4:30am and the glasses had the leg laying beside the pair with the screw out and laying on the nightstand.  Twice the tv turned itself up as high as possible.  (Not sure which ghost it was).  Make sure to eat your way through Savannah- got the 1790 downstairs. I loved the chicken parm & my husband had the shrimp.  Wow!  Go to The Pink House & get the flounder.  Holy Moly! & Fruit Basket.  Drive to Tybee Island to check out the lighthouse.  178 steps- its awesome.  Get ice cream from Leopold’s.  Enjoy! We loved the bed- very comfortable. Nite #2- no ghosts!!  We loved the piano man downstairs. Nite #3- no ghosts.  Loved our stay.
