Room 204: November 22, 2022

My husband booked this room for us because of my lifelong interest in the paranormal. As a child I saw a full-bodied apparition of a woman in my bedroom. I’ve never forgotten that feeling, so I’ve always been a believer. When we arrived in 204 after an amazing dinner downstairs, we tried taking pictures all around the room. Each time my husband or I tried to snap one of the corner of the room by the TV, our cameras slowed down–like some type of delay–like the camera didn’t want to work. This only happened when trying to photograph that corner. In the middle of the night when I tried to turn off the TV, the remote control was missing. When I turned on the lamp to the right of the bed, the lamp immediately turned off. (I heard the switch, too). I reached over again to turn on the lamp. When I reached the TV to manually turn it off, the lamp turned off a second time. (Again, I heard the switch of the lamp). At that point, I woke up my husband and asked him to turn on the same lamp. When he turned it on, it stayed on! Other than the pictures and lamp, the only other experience was feeling like a “presence” was around my face and neck when I was on the bed. This happened 10-20 times and only to me. Overall, we loved the inn and 204. Everything was lovely in the room and restaurant. We’ll be back!
