Room 207: October 21, 2007

Excitement was in the air as we checked in and saw our room. I have wanted to stay in a B&B with atmosphere for quite a while. I have not been disappointed. Lovely room; excellent service and warm welcoming staff. We did not see Anna. My only encounter was someone’s hand touching my back during the night. I deliberately left our light on in the sitting area so that I would have plenty of light “when Anna came for a visit.” Someone woke me up touching me gently on my back; after making sure it wasn’t my husband playing a nighttime prank. He was fast asleep with his back turned to me. I looked around and saw no one. I went back to sleep and it happened again. So ok Anna, I’ll get up. It was around 5am by the time. Wonderful ambiance and our stay has made our trip to Savannah very special indeed.
