Room 204: April 2, 2011

A group of 4 boys stayed in room 204. This is our experience. After going on a ghost tour, we expected an over-bearing, intimidating “ghost,” The first hour, 10-11PM, we sat in silence  discussing some of our relationship experiences, especially failures.  Upon the completion of the last story, we all heard the distinct sound of shattering glass. From 11PM-2AM, we laid on the bed without lights, music, or any other disturbance trying to observe any paranormal activity. Despite the efforts, none were experienced. While we slept from  2-9M, we all slept excellent with no disturbances. After waking in the morning, 3 of our group members went down to let our parents in so we could pack up and leave, leaving Wesley alone in the room. After returning into the room from the doorway (to watch the others leave) he observed a long train, like one of a wedding dress trailing someone around the corner of the hallway and into the bathroom. Though unable to distinguish the person, the dress train was as clear as all of the rest of the clothes we were wearing. Other than this one encounter, the most unusual thing that took place was the fire that burned all night on very few pieces of firewood which showed no signs of diminishing from the burning (I know, gas fire log.) Overall, great experience, great hotel, great night. In the words of President Roosevelt, “The only thing to fear is fear itself.” P.S. Happy 13th birthday, Blake!
